Si-Ru (Joanne) Chen joined Innovatus Law in 2025.

Joanne undertook graduate studies in the department of Civil Law at the College of Law of National Taiwan University. She served as a research assistant to Professor Ming-Chiang Lin on a National Science & Technology Council (NSTC) project in animal law. She assisted in organizing and analyzing academic literature and legal precedents.

Joanne previously interned at Lawsnote, supporting compliance-system projects for financial institutions. She also worked as legal intern at Nextlink Technology. She was responsible for summarizing contracts in both Chinese and English to support the development of the company’s contract database.
