Mr. Daniel Tsai completed his high school and university education in the United States. After graduation, he began working in Indonesia in the construction, excavation, and sand and gravel industry, where he was primarily responsible for on-site project supervision and coordinated with people from various backgrounds. This unique experience allowed Mr. Tsai to develop his ability to interact and to communicate effectively across diverse social and cultural settings, as well as his exceptional cross-cultural and communication and problem-solving skills.
