Legal 500 classifies law firms in Taiwan, as well as other jurisdictions, into two categories: “National” and “Global” firms. “National” firms are those headquartered in Taiwan and focus on Taiwan-related legal advices, while “Global” ones are multinational law firms headquartered in other jurisdictions and having establishments in Taiwan.
Innovatus Law is ranked second among “National” firms in overall cross-disciplinary rankings. Legal 500 introduced a new “Client Satisfaction” survey this year, and Innovatus Law was one of the four firms receiving top scores in the Client Satisfaction survey.
Client feedback received by Legal 500 highlighted that Innovatus Law “… stands out for its solution-oriented advice, high partner involvement, tailored solutions, and a driven team, with expertise in diverse legal areas and a commitment to innovation, diversity, advanced technology, and collaboration.”
Innovatus Law is deeply grateful for our clients’ trusts and praises, which motivates us to deliver better services.
Legal 500’s “Client Satisfaction” score is based on feedback gathered during its annual evaluation process, which combines client service indicators and Legal 500’s law firm variation of the Net Promoter Score℠ (NPS®) Customer Experience framework, an evaluation methodology developed by the renowned consulting firm Bain & Company. “Client Satisfaction” focuses on the following key aspects, including appropriate resourcing, billing transparency, value for work done, communication and case management, consistency of service, efficiency, the quality of partners and associates, understanding of the client’s industry, and whether clients are willing to recommend that particular firm to others.
Headquartered in London, Legal 500 has been systematically conducting qualitative and quantitative researches on law firms worldwide for 30-plus years. Every year, it sends surveys to more than 300,000 in-house counsels globally, evaluating law firms based on legal expertise, client standing, track record, reputation, and overall market impression.
