FRAUD ALERT: Phishing Schemes Impersonating Our Attorneys

It has come to our attention that fraudsters are creating fake profiles and impersonating senior attorneys from our firm. These bad actors may use advertisements on social media or send unsolicited invitations to individuals, encouraging participation in various ” investment schemes” or “investment information sharing” chat groups that are, in fact, sophisticated scams.

Please Be Aware:

  • Our attorneys will never initiate unsolicited contact or publish any social media ads offering investment opportunities or requesting your participation in any investment scheme.
  • Any such communication is fraudulent and does not originate from our firm or any of our legal professionals.
  • These scammers may use email addresses, social media profiles, or messaging platforms that appear legitimate or similar to our firm’s official communications.
How to Protect Yourself:
  1. Do not respond to unexpected investment solicitations claiming to be from our attorneys.
  2. Do not click on links or open attachments in suspicious communications.
  3. Do not share personal or financial information with anyone claiming to represent our firm unless you have independently verified their identity.
  4. If in doubt, contact our firm directly through our official phone number or email address (not the contact information provided in the suspicious message) to verify any communication you receive.
If You Have Been Contacted:
If you have received any such fraudulent communication, please:
Thank you for your vigilance.
