Kuan-En (Jack) Chen joined Innovatus in October 2025.

Prior to joining Innovatus Law, Jack has worked at Shih-Hsing Law Firm and Brain Trust International Law Firm, where he assisted listed companies and domestic and international corporate groups with commercial disputes, contract negotiations, and responses to regulatory investigations.

Jack has also served as an in-house counsel at Uspace Tech Co., Ltd., accumulating extensive experience in contract review, applying for third-party payment licenses, and leading cross-departmental collaboration projects and external commercial negotiations.

Jack’s practice covers civil, criminal, administrative matters, consumer protection, and labor disputes. He has led or assisted in cross-border business dispute negotiations, M&A bidding, debt recovery, construction defect claims, and financial regulatory investigations, successfully helping clients secure significant compensation or avoid penalties.

Jack is a member of the Taipei Bar Association, and is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Taiwanese.
