Han-Ting (Tim) Lin joined Innovatus Law in 2025.

Prior to joining Innovatus Law, Tim practiced at TC Masters Law Firm and Brain Trust International Law Firm, where he accumulated extensive practical experience in cross-border commercial legal matters.

Tim’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, civil and criminal litigation, and commercial disputes, enabling him to provide diverse legal services. Tim has handled labor litigation cases involving foreign senior executives and assisted companies in addressing white-collar crimes and other civil and criminal disputes. In the commercial field, Tim has participated in M&A transactions, due diligence processes, and Fair Trade Commission filing matters. He has also assisted clients with syndicated loan cases and intellectual property management.

Tim has extensive experience in handling cross-border legal matters and has drafted and reviewed various Chinese and English contracts for domestic and international corporate clients.

Tim is a member of the Taipei Bar Association and is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Taiwanese.
