Marine Yang specializes in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and family governance works. She is also experienced in advising legal compliance, business restructuring, and investment planning, joint venture and business cooperation issues.

Marine has actively represented many well-known local companies and foreign enterprises in fundraising cases in Taiwan’s capital market, including listing applications and bond issuance. She has also assisted many Taiwanese startups in their fundraising.

Additionally, she has extensive experience in representing foreign enterprises and private equities in M&A transactions, joint ventures, or equity investments.  She has also participated in numerous large-scale cross-border M&A deals, covering traditional manufacturing, emerging biotech industries, renewable energy and high-tech industries.

She is skilled in family governance planning, providing legal advice on the sustainable operation and succession planning of family businesses. She also has in-depth knowledge and experience of financial regulatory framework and financing transactions and has a strong record in assisting in project financing associated with M&A deals.
