He advised foreign and domestic clients to acquire suitable Taiwanese targets in the same industries, or helped local startup founders to exit successfully. He also regularly provides guidance in various types of business transactions, such as joint venture, venture capital financing, venture capital \/ private equity formation and fundraising, and contracts commonly used in daily business operations such as distributor- ship, original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and licensing, in many different industries \u2013 from traditional manufacturing to cutting-edge tech sectors such as e-commerce, semiconductor design, and entertainment financing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With his training in industrial economics before becoming a transactional lawyer, Seetoo is known for his understanding of the business environment and operating challenges faced by his clients, and clients come to Seetoo for his rounded legal analysis and practicable solutions which further clients\u2019 business goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seetoo is repeatedly recognized by the Legal 500, a leading international law firm ranking research and publication service based in London, as a \u201crecommended lawyer\u201d for corporate and M&amp;A practice in Taiwan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seetoo regularly gave lectures and taught classes in business laws in domestic colleges, and continuing education courses for senior management of public companies, sponsored by Taiwan Corporate Governance Association.
